HLC’s “Crystal Oscillator R&D Intelligent Agent” Ranked First Among Zhejiang Province’s First Batch of “AI + Manufacturing” Benchmark Scenarios

On April 24, 2026, the Zhejiang Province “AI + Manufacturing” Benchmark Scenarios (First Batch) Release and Certificate Award Ceremony was held in Hangzhou under the guidance of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. The event was jointly organized by the Zhejiang Enterprise Informatization Promotion Association, the Zhejiang Turing Internet Research Institute, and the Yangtze River Delta (Hangzhou) Manufacturing Digital Capability Center.

Among the first batch of ten benchmark scenarios, Zhejiang Huilong Crystal Technology Co., Ltd. (HLC) stood out with its “Crystal Oscillator R&D Intelligent Agent,” ranking first on the list. The Yangtze River Delta (Hangzhou) Manufacturing Digital Capability Center presented the official certification certificate to the company during the event.

The award-winning “Crystal Oscillator R&D Intelligent Agent” represents a major achievement by HLC in addressing the high-precision and high-reliability development requirements of quartz crystal oscillators. Other benchmark scenarios selected in the same batch included Intelligent Busbar Design, Intelligent Recommendation for R&D and Manufacturing Processes, Intelligent Scheduling for Garment Production, Autonomous Operation in Ammonia-Soda Production, Embodied AI Material Loading for Chemical Fiber Manufacturing, Intelligent Quality Inspection for Automotive Components, Intelligent Optimization for Energy Management, Intelligent Quotation Decision Support, and Matrix Marketing Intelligent Agents. These benchmark applications cover the entire manufacturing value chain, including design, production, inspection, and operations, highlighting Zhejiang Province’s leading practices in integrating artificial intelligence with advanced manufacturing.

As the top-ranked project among the ten benchmark scenarios, HLC’s “Crystal Oscillator R&D Intelligent Agent” has been recognized as a representative example of AI-driven innovation in the development of precision electronic components. During the certificate presentation ceremony, Zhang Xiaolin, Chief Digital Officer of HLC, accepted the certification on behalf of the company and shared insights into the project’s development journey and implementation achievements.
